What am I doing in this game?
Ultimately the goal of the game is to earn 3 stars on each level.- + One star is earned simply by passing the goal line.
- + One star is earned by collecting all the rocks.
- + One star is earned by collecting all the rocks under a time limit displayed at the beginning of each board.
What's all this stuff on the screen?
What's the point of stars?
The stars you earn while playing through the game unlock hats, beards and new effect trails. When you first start the game there are no options in the unlockables screen. Boring.
As you earn stars by beating the levels and collecting rocks more and more options will be available on the unlockables screen. The unlockables screen lets you:
- + Choose one of 8 different hats
- + Choose one of 8 different beards
- + Choose one of 13 different effect trails
- + Customize your effect trail

Here I started with the "fireball thingy" effect. Then I changed the shape and colors. Fun? Yes, fun!
